SEOUL — South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff said Thursday that North Korea launched three short-range ballistic missiles toward the Sea of Japan around 6:29 p.m. on the day.
According to the Japanese Defense Ministry, a landing area was identified outside Japan’s exclusive economic zone (EEZ). No damage has been confirmed.
