3,573 new cases of novel coronavirus confirmed in Tokyo on Friday

Tokyo logged 3,573 new cases of novel coronavirus infections on Friday, according to the Tokyo metropolitan government. The daily figure was down 536 cases from a week before, making it the seventh consecutive day the daily figure has been lower than that of the same day the previous week.
