4 Finnish Men Found Safe After Descending Mountain in Niigata Pref.

Four Finnish men who went missing while backcountry skiing and snowboarding on Mt. Maeyama in Myoko, Niigata Prefecture, descended the mountain on their own on early Tuesday, police said. No one suffered injuries.
At around 0:45 a.m. Tuesday, the police was notified about the safety of the four men by the group’s two other members who had descended the mountain earlier.
Subsequently, police officers found the four men in a resort near the foot of the mountain.
