Crown Princess Kiko visits Kiyose museum

Crown Princess Kiko on Monday visited Kiyose City Museum, which is holding an exhibition about tuberculosis treatment in the municipality.
The crown princess is the president of the Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association.
Titled “Tuberculosis treatment and Kiyose,” the exhibition features photographs and other exhibits from the municipality, where sanatoriums have been located since 1931.
Crown Princess Kiko described the exhibits as “valuable archives.”
After visiting the museum, the crown princess visited the Research Institute of Tuberculosis in the city.
