Tokyo Reports 1,072 New COVID-19 Cases

Tokyo, Feb. 23 (Jiji Press)—Tokyo reported 1,072 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, down 382 from a week before.
New fatalities totaled 12, while the number of severely ill coronavirus patients under Tokyo’s criteria rose by two from Wednesday to 12, the metropolitan government said.
