Yaeko Maruhashi, Who Developed Square Container and Liquid Sauce for ‘Peyoung’ with Husband, Passes Away at 90

Yaeko Maruhashi, the chairwoman of Maruka Foods in Isesaki, Gunma Prefecture, which produces Peyoung yakisoba instant noodles, passed away on July 16 at the age of 90. A farewell party was held on July 19, attended by about 1,000 people, including those from related companies.
