BEIJING — Speed skater Miho Takagi won a silver medal in the women’s 1,500-meter event at the Beijing Winter Olympics on Monday.
This was Takagi’s second consecutive medal in the 1,500 meters, following her silver at the 2018 Pyeongchang Games.
