Los Angeles Angels two-way star Shohei Ohtani (6-4) recorded a career-best 13 strikeouts in a 5-0 victory over the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday in Anaheim. The right-hander, who had two home runs and a career-high eight RBIs the previous day in an extra-inning loss, fired eight scoreless innings and allowed just two hits and a walk.
