Anago eels peek out of objects shaped like sushi rolls, delighting visitors of the Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise aquarium in Yokohama. The popular seasonal attraction features tubes resembling ehomaki rolled sushi, which is served on Setsubun, which falls on Feb. 3. The idea for creating the ehomaki tubes first came about because the eels are one of the ingredients in the dish. The eels can be seen in their sushi rolls through Feb. 6.
