DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip overnight killed at least 31 people, according to local hospitals, as U.N. agencies warned on Monday that critical fuel shortages put hospitals and other critical infrastructure at risk.
