4 found unconscious after sightseeing boat went missing in Shiretoko

The Japan Coast Guard said Sunday that it found four people on the sea and on rocks around the tip of Cape Shiretoko, Hokkaido, where a sightseeing boat with 26 people aboard went missing after issuing emergency calls on Saturday.
Three of them were found floating on the sea and the other was found on rocks in the early morning on Sunday, according to the announcement.
It said that the four were being rescued and that all of them were unconscious.
