Tokyo logs 20,401 new cases

Tokyo logged 20,401 new cases of novel coronavirus infection Wednesday, 1.2 times more compared to the same day last week and marking the week-on-week increases for the first time in two days.
The number of new cases in the capital has topped 20,000 for the first time since Feb. 5, when there were 21,110 new cases.
