4,562 coronavirus cases confirmed in Tokyo on Monday

The Tokyo metropolitan government confirmed 4,562 new cases of novel coronavirus infection on Monday, up 178 from the same day a week before.

The daily figure has now exceeded that from the same day in the previous week for five consecutive days.
