Ex-Foreign Minister Taro Nakayama Dies

Taro Nakayama, a former Liberal Democratic Party and House of Representatives lawmaker, died at about 11 a.m. on March 15. He was 98.
Nakayama, who also served as foreign minister, played a central role in debating the Constitution in the Diet.
