94 Killed, 222 Unaccounted from Noto Peninsula Earthquake(UPDATE 1)

The death toll in Ishikawa Prefecture from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake rose to 94 as of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, according to the prefectural government. Of these, 55 people are in Wajima and 23 are in Suzu, accounting for the majority of victims, while five are in Nanao and six in Anamizu, two in Noto, one in Hakui and two in Shika.
The number of unaccounted for persons who could not be contacted reached a total of 222 as of 2:00 p.m. on Friday, increasing from 179 on Thursday evening. The number of unaccounted for people in Wajima and Suzu increased from 93 to 138 and from 68 to 82, respectively.
The number of missing people who may have been caught in landslides and other accidents totaled 16 in Anamizu and other towns.
