Kishida: Japan to Start Fukushima Water Release as soon as Thursday (Update 1)

The government decided to release treated water from the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant into the ocean as soon as Thursday, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Tuesday.
