CHIBA — Narita Airport has won this year’s top award for the World’s Best Airport Staff service, Narita International Airport Corp. announced. The award is based on a survey by Skytrax, a Britain-based international air transport rating organization, that assesses customer service and facilities at airports.

This is the third time the airport in Chiba Prefecture has won the top award in the division, following 2019 and 2024.

The assessment is based on the global airport customer satisfaction survey by Skytrax for the World Airport Awards 2026. The award recognizes the combined quality of staff service, such as their attitude, friendliness and language support.
