Typhoon Ampil Approaching Japan

Typhoon Ampil was formed on Tuesday and is moving east-northeast at about 10 kilometers per hour south of Japan as of 6:00 a.m.
The typhoon will continue to develop and move northward, approaching the Ogasawara Islands Wednesday evening, and may approach the Kanto region, including Tokyo, after Thursday.
