JR Chuo Line Rapid Trains, Sobu Line Local Trains Resume Operations, Still Delayed (UPDATE 1)

JR Chuo Line rapid train and Sobu Line local train services resumed operations at 8:22 on Monday morning, according to JR East. But trains are still delayed due to a personal injury accident which happened at Nishi Ogikubo station on Monday.
