Possible Tornado Occurs in Shizuoka, Japan

Around 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday, a gust of wind resembling a tornado occurred downstream of the Abe River, which flows through the central part of Shizuoka City.
According to Shizuoka City and the fire department, there have been reports of power outages and vehicle overturns in the surrounding area. The city is currently assessing the extent of the damage.
