New Kamome bullet train sails under bridge in Nagasaki

Cars of Kyushu Railway Co. (JR Kyushu)’s new Kamome Shinkansen bullet train pass under Saikaibashi bridge in Nagasaki Prefecture on Saturday morning on their journey from Yamaguchi Prefecture where they were manufactured. Many railway fans flocked to the area to catch a glimpse of the rare sight of a Shinkansen train passing underneath the bridge designated a nationally important cultural property. The train is en route to a railroad depot in Omura, Nagasaki Prefecture.
