Tokyo Gov. Yuriko Koike is scheduled to return to the office on Sunday, according to the Tokyo metropolitan government.

Koike was hospitalized due to extreme fatigue on Oct. 27 and has been working from home since Nov. 2 after being discharged. Sunday will be the first time in about four weeks that she will be in the office on official business.

According to the metropolitan government, Koike’s condition is improving, and doctors have cleared her to resume her official duties. One of her first official tasks will be to attend an online National Governors’ Association meeting regarding COVID-19 countermeasures on Sunday.

Koike was previously hospitalized for nine days as a result of extreme fatigue in June.
