YUJI Ramen TOKYO, located in Kiyosumi, Tokyo, serves ramen with broth made from tuna bones. The famous tonkotsu ramen broth is made from pork bones, but this is a rare ramen dish which broth is made from tuna bones, so it is called tunakotsu ramen.
The eatery was originally a popular local establishment opened by the previous Japanese owner, who had worked as a tuna wholesaler in New York. It was “reimported” to the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, and then opened in its current location six years ago.
