BERLIN (Reuters) – Taylor Swift’s three concerts in Vienna this week were canceled after the government confirmed a planned attack at the stadium, the organizer announced late on Wednesday, and Austria’s Chancellor Karl Nehammer said “a tragedy was prevented.”
